Certain occupational groups, as defined by the German Employment Ordinance, may pursue employment in Germany without recognized vocational training or academic qualifications. However, please note that these groups are legally defined, and no exceptions can be made.

Required Documents for Application

You are required to present a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months. Only complete applications will be accepted. The following documents must be submitted to the Embassy during your appointment:

1. Application Forms

• Filled-in national visa application form
• Declaration form (Section 54 (2) 8 in conjunction with Section 53 of the Residence Act)

2. Biometric Photos

• Three biometric passport photos (not older than 6 months)

3. Passport Copy

• Copy of all stamped pages of your passport (A4 size)

4. Motivational Letter and CV

• Motivation letter
• CV (Curriculum Vitae)

5. Educational Documents

• O/L & A/L examination certificates (if applicable)
• University Degree or Certificates of Apprenticeship (if applicable)

6. Proof of Employment

• Employment contract or a binding job offer outlining the terms and conditions of employment, including details of the gross annual salary
• Job description (Stellenbeschreibung)

7. Language Skills (if applicable)

• If German language skills are required for the job, you must provide proof of sufficient knowledge of the German language.

8. Previous Qualifications/Jobs

• Proof of your previous qualifications or jobs (e.g., certificates)

9. Pre-Approval (if applicable)

• If required, provide pre-approval from the German Federal Employment Agency.
